Distinctive characteristics of this form:

 The 1950 printings changed the format of T.G. 42 slightly. A "Chl. No." (channel number) was added to the line under the heading (following its introduction in DO-10F (40)). That addition altered the placement of the other entries. "No." was normally under the T of TELEGRAM but that varied considerably - especially with the (rogue) blue-green printings. The letters "Chl" also varied between upper and lower case with no pattern.

Same characteristics as for the Dubbo form above.

Form has been miscut from the teleprinter leaving the heading showing at both top and bottom. That allows an accurate measurement of the height of the form (100 mm).

Printed in blue-green ink with faint text.
