The types of transmission forms listed below are:

Ordinary rate transmission forms.

TC-TO-1.
  • vertical form with little writing.
  • printed in red on blue paper.
TC-TO-1 menu
TC-TO-2.
  • horizontal form;
  • 30 boxes on the front and much more detail.
TC-TO-2 menu
TC-TO-3.
  • horizontal form;
  • printed in black writing on either white or blue paper;
  • has ADDRESS under TRANSMISSION;
  • has lines for the message not boxes.

TC-TO-4.
  • vertical form;
  • printed in black on cream paper;
  • has POST AND TELEGRAPH in large sans-serif capitals;
  • has seven boxes under the heading for stamps and for a date stamp (last box).
