Heading is TELEGRAM in dark blue and centered.

Has a "REPLY-PAID TELEGRAM .." slogan at base - first envelope to return to non-war slogans.

Has one peace-time slogan on front and two on reverse.

TELEGRAM is in the top left corner.

The window is of various heights. The border has curved ends.

First two printings had "A REPLY PAID ..." slogan under TELEGRAM but the slogan was removed in 1958.

TELEGRAM is in top left corner. Form number is either TG 65 or
TX 65.

Border around window of varying thickness.

All but one printing has the printer's name and the schedule number under the flap.

This was the last design for opaque ordinary rate delivery envelopes.
