Distinctive characteristics of this form:

 Urgent Rate delivery forms appear to have been discontinued after the last printing in 1947 in favour of Urgent labels applied to ordinary rate delivery forms. These Urgent Rate transmission forms were not, however, discontinued until after the last printing in 1974 (see announcement).
