Size of form overall:	209 mm wide. Spacing between consecutive side entries varies.

Distinctive characteristics of this form:

all forms in roll format;
the main distinctions amongst the varieties are:
15A: TELEGRAM direct printed in green with no reference to an authority;
15B: TELEGRAM direct printed in green with TELECOM AUSTRALIA printed in small letters between each word;
15C: sidemast direct printed in greenand printed on white paper;
15D: sidemast direct printed in green or grey with TELEGRAM spaced more and logo with TELECOM AUSTRALIA boxed.

	AT-DO-15A. Surfers Paradise, Qld to Sandy Bay,Tas. (CTO Hobart of 22 February 1978). Characteristics: TELEGRAM is the only word in the sidemast (with the removal of the other words in the previous APO form);
	AT-DO-15B. Sydney to South Yarra (single circle TELEGRAPH rubber datestamp of 5 June 1984). Characteristics: direct printed TELEGRAM in various shades of green with TELECOM AUSTRALIA (sideways) between each word; 77 mm between consecutive entries along side.
	AT-DO-15C. Hobart to Canberra. 5 Augusrt 1988. Characteristics: has TELEGRAM and the Telecom logo in green; space after the M of TELEGRAM and the start of the logo box is 44 mm. NOTE: both the sender in Hobart and the recipient in Canberra were listed to receive Confirmatory copies of this telegram. Was delivered in Hobart on 7 August - see delivery envelope AT-EC-4C.
	Detail of sidemast used on the form below (AT-DO-15Db).
	AT-DO-15Da. Mayfield to Brookvale (TELEGRAPH OFFICE rubber datestamp of 9 July 1981). Characteristics: sidemast printed in green; TELEGRAM alternates with Telecom Australia Logo which is upright; 133 mm between consecutive entries along side.
	AT-TO-15Db. Canberra to Strathfield, NSW. 26 April 1985. Telegram sent by Prime Minister Bob Hawke to Mr & Mrs Watson on the occasion of their 50th Wedding Anniversary. Same format as above but a misprinted roll - the TELECOM logo on the right is upside down!!
	AT-DO-15Dc. Adelaide for local delivery (20 January 1989). Commemorates closing of the Adelaide Message Bureau. Specially printed roll form on light cream paper.
